Prior to coming to the Arizona Bleeding Disorders Health and Wellness Center, Paul worked in the non-profit and government human services sectors for thirty years, providing case management services. Before moving to Arizona Paul lived in Providence Rhode Island where he worked extensively in the deaf community and has studied American Sign Language.
