Kenneth Pettit, DO

Dr. Ken Pettit comes to My Neighborhood Primary Care with over 15 years of experience providing comprehensive primary care treatment. 

His philosophy is to treat the whole person and work in collaboration with the patient and family to determine the treatment plan. Dr. Pettit has been a family practice physician since 1997. He received his medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. Dr. Pettit is board certified with the Osteopathic Family Practice Association. In addition to family practice, he has specialized in urgent care, home health, hospice and wound care.

Dr. Pettit has been voted “Physician of the Year” in Ahwatukee in 2007, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013. His patients find him attentive, empathetic and responsive.

Dr. Pettit was the founding member of Comprehensive Wound Care, which became the largest wound care program in Arizona, providing wound healing and hyperbaric medicine to the hospital based wound centers and skilled nursing facility throughout the valley. He has been instrumental in having wound are recognized as a sub-specialty with insurance companies and acute care hospitals.

He is also provided comprehensive hospice services that provides empathetic and compassionate care to patients with palliative care since 2011. Dr. Pettit is excited to help those living with bleeding disorders and their families better navigate the health care system, improve access to quality care, coordinate and manage care with other specialists, and ensure integrated treatment of the whole person.​​
